By placing an order on our web site www.rdkcheckout.com , you agree that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. All purchased products from www.rdkcheckout.com are non-returnable and non-refundable except in relation to the following statements. Please make sure you are in agreement with this before placing your order.
Once you click I agree to terms and conditions at the time of check out while placing your order it is no longer refundable & cannot not be returnable without an authorized RMA from the support department. Only special occasions are allowed for returning or refunding of any order placed on the web site www.rdkcheckout.com. You can contact our support by visiting our contact us page.
Support staff reserves the right to determine if a client may return a product for a refund, this is typically only allowed when support feels it’s a fraudulent order or misrepresentation has occurred. Your changing of mind does not apply here, You must contact support by using the contact us form link on the site and filling in your request form and then an eticket will be provided to follow the status of the requested RMA
All returns must be authorized by support within 30 days of ordering. Refunds that are authorized by support are issued with RMA numbers and are subject to a $14 shipping fee if USPS shipping was used. International orders will be subject to a $45 fee to cover shipping and handling. All returns are also charged an 18% restocking fee.
Packages received without an RMA issued will not be considered as returned , the fulfilment center can only inspect and log in packates containing RMA authorizing numbers. Our shipping facility is a 3rd party fulfillment center, they have hundreds of clients. The only way to assure your return package is credited to your account is following the correct return policies and using our return products RMA system.
Removal or alteration of a product's seal i.e. sticker will automatically be considered as a consumed item and void any possible refunding available under Rdkcheckout Return Policies. Products that are returned to Rdkcheckout with a missing (RMA), damaged or altered bottles, seals or labels will be refused by Rdkcheckout.com receiving department.
All products purchased at Rdkcheckout.com is backed by the product's manufacturers warranty first and foremost. Product that is determined to be defective by the manufacturer or Rdkcheckout.com will be qualified for repair/replacement at our sole discretion.
Opened or broken sealed bottles for human consumption dietary supplements will not be taken back for any reason.
